She is the good soul behind the scenes and responsible for the commissioning procedure. Furthermore Fabienne is responsible for the financial aspects as CFO. From time to time you can meet her at a cocktail catering, but not as barwoman. She has everything under control and assures that every event is a success. 

Edmund has a flair for the flavours and a talent for extraordinary tastes. His french-british roots mark his cocktail preparation style. Each time when it seems to get stressful, he is the haven of peace. 

Delia is the polyvalent in our team. She loves cocktails herself and knows to transmit the sensation to the customers. Prepare yourself for a great atmosphere.
